marble composit and acid

Marble/Granite composite is made in blocks "the Breton way" Is there a sealer that makes the Marble (http://www.lightemprador.com) (more)resistant to acid like lemmonjuice? Is it something you can add while the're mixing the resin, granulate, pigment and (http://maplered.com) the Marble (http://www.lightemprador.com) dust or do you have to threat it after cutting the block into Slabs (http://www.VerdeUbatuba.com) ?
I have to make a decision if this Material (http://g654.org) is suitable for kitchen Counter (http://GialloFiorito.com) tops or not.
